Shirogane's earliest memories are grey: bland. Boring. Meaningless. Just like her. It was always startlingly obvious that she was the inferior sibling, constantly being compared to her beautiful, charming, and vibrant elder sister. Shirogane was always less of those things; constantly lacking, like a desaturated carbon copy of the favorite child. But she didn't mind ... she always had her fiction. She would retreat into her fictional worlds and feel more real than ever before.
